just check these indoor pics , in these night mode was also on. and high resolution was also on,

judging from this image, it looks like do not know either to use autofocus or you have moved the camera whilst in night mode assuming that macro mode is off. If this isn't the case go to service center, btw where are u from??

from what i see. you:

-moved your hands

-night mode is on

- you didnt focus well enough

when the night mode is on, you have to wait a bit more to get the picture saved. steady hands in these situations.

but wht abt the snow in the pic , most of the pics look nice in mobile but after downloading to PC its worst, i hv used zoom also in some pics then also the problem exists

You get the snow because of poor light. This is more noticeable in the computer because the screen is bigger over there.

longer exposure time in night mode requires a steady hand. keep your w810 steady until pic is already saved. otherwise, shutter lag will be evident on the pic.
