I need a cool-looking, capable phone that will last a while.

+ Used to SE UI (own a K600i; used to own a T610i)
+ Going for S$338 with 2 yr plan
- 17mm ain't exactly trendsetting
- Keypad set too low on the phone
- Plastic front: print magnet; easy to scratch
- Build quality issues? Will joystick face problems?
N6500C
+ Slim 9.5mm
+ Aluminum (yeah I am a sucker for metal phones: K600; T610; used to own a Siemens SL45)

looks like a good phone... sturdy and elegant. well the decision is all up to you.
K810 is already out... and you can have more reviews if you like...
that 6500C hasnt been released yet... so its up to.. youll wait or buy K810 now. features of a java phone cannot just be compared with Symbians that easy. javaphone has good sides and bad ones... same with symbians.. what are your needs? that will help you find an answer.
