back in the old days, there's a program called bootman
i don't think it's able to make as system application, but may be in the retail version will

Nick, in design mode, click to bring the popup menu, then Add Other -> Page Link -> Page 2 (or 1)
You'll now have a button saying Page 2 which when clicked on will change the page to 2.
