I have yet to drop my T68i, so I cant vouch for its strength.

But I did 'accidentally' put my Nokia 8250 into a ceiling fan, it smashed the X-press on cover, and the screen, cracked the frame. Managed to get it all fixed for $100 AUD.

Oh yeah, my hand hurt like hell for a few days too. I think I broke something.

my friend is pretty clumsy with phones and he doesnt seem to hv put a single scratch on the T68i.. he's dropped a mil times and nothing..
I wonder if the resistance is as good with the P800.. I'm not willing to take the risk lol

I dunno, nokia seems to hv strong phones too.. the only thing that cracks is the faceplate.. but blah.. they r like 10$... my friend's 3390 flew out of his shirt pocket for around 3-5m onto solid concrete on the street.. only the faceplate busted..
the phone was in tact... I've dropped my 8890 mil of times, and all I hv is a bit of paint scratched off.. nothing noticeable..
then there r the clumsy ppl, I just cant understand how ppl break phones like that!

Yup there strong, I was like sitting on this brick wall.. went to grab my phone to check the time, and it sliped outa my hand; smacked the brick wall, then feel to the concrete floor below... I figured i just broke it, but it worked after cleaning some dirt off it.

I think people like nokia phones, since the price generaly seems cheaper.. but then if you look around you can get it for free.. my t68i didnt cost me a cent.

A friend of mine wanted to kill his T39 to get a new one off the insurrance. He first tried dipping it in water, but nothing happened until he started sending SMS with the phone under water!

after a few days, when the phone dried up, it worked normally..

I myself had a T39, but probably managed to break someting in the antenna (after dropping it a mil times..). The antenna didn't come off, but it suddenly couldn't connect to any network. So now i have a T68i and love it
