You cant bash a phone without understanding its position in the market, its plainly simple to see that the K550 iswas never a K750 upgrade, hence the lower naming, very simple to understand. The K790/K800 was the upgrade of the 750 and it had more Mpx did'nt it. For what the K550 represents its a good phone. They've reduced the thickness of the phone, which in turn reduced the focal lenght, therefore the sensor size was reduced in turn led to worse pics. Its for those people who like the cybershot brand, want a slim light phone in their pocket and an average camera. For the othes theres always the K790 or the K750 which is still being manufactured.
I understand bashing the P990, it was a failure in its own segment. But the K550 was in no way a bad phone, it has more to show than several other phones in the market at the moment.

alcatel and philips are the worth ones imo all of them are punishment for the users. and sagem...
Actually, one of my favorites was an Alcatel, the OneTouch 300. Very basic phone but very good as a speakerphone.
My worst one was the Trium Mars. Useless P.O.S. With the Siemens MC60 as a strong second.

I'm not saying K550 is bad because it didnt K750's shoes. Its bad because of its terrible keypad, poor camera despite of cyber shot claims and over all very childish looks.

I'd go with K700i being the most disappointing SE phone I've used... K750i really made up for it, a worthy replacement for the T610. Dunno why SE seem to be making low-end phones when last year's high-end phones would do just the same.

For once, I might have to agree with you on the last 3 points, N71-boy

I was wondering why nobody has mentioned Sagem yet! I agree with missuk on that point, the My-x2 stank like a decaying skunk, smoking old-holborn tobacco whilst chewing garlic and and wearing the same underwear for twelve years.
Nokia's worst phone has to be the Ngage, surely? Not only did it have the gaming power of a Sinclair ZX81, it was absolutely useless as a phone too.
SE's worst effort is probably the follow up to the T610, which was the K700i I think? It was as if Fisher-Price had took the T610, put it in a cheap and tacky housing and got a 12 year old script-kiddy to cut'n'paste the firmware together. Absolutely awful.
I don't really like saying 'all of them' for any phone manufacturer but in Motorola's case, I'll make an exception. I've yet to use one that doesn't have a user interface apparently designed by Pete Doherty after a good night out.
Just my $0.02 worth...
