the phone had everything i need it was perfect for what i was looking for but it was so hard to see my new phone paint fading away it really ticked me off
i had too many nightmares afterward

no keypad problems, but had ti return 2 units of w580 in days---slider was so loose ..........................and the battery cover was defective as well.
after the 2 changes, I got a ticket, I will not risk it again.
Cheap cheap plastic, disgustingly bad slider and not cheap prices.(310 euros here in Barcelona)
It is making me dount between w910 or nokia 5610/6500
I hated Nokia and loved SE, but now, this has been very upsetting.
