Cycovision is quite correct. It is also worth pointing out that each of us is travelling into the future as we speak, we live our lives travelling forward in time.

There is a theory that there is no past or future, but rather that everything actually happens at once, but that we cannot perceive it as such and thus we perceive time to be a linear process with one event leading to another. If such a theory where true then it suggests that we could at least observe any point in time, if not actually interact with it.

Physics at the cosmological level and quantum levels can become very strange indeed. It is rather removed from our everyday experiences and thus it can be difficult for people to fully comprehend. For example, String Theory suggests that the universe is made up of eleven dimensions and not four. Quantum theory includes the possibility that what may seem impossible is actually possible; for example, it is possible that a statue of a man could 'wave' its hand if the particles in the statue's hand all vibrated in sync and in the same direction. It is of course highly improbable, but not completely impossible.

The universe is far stranger than we currently think it is in my opinion and the existence of parallel universes doesn't surprise me at all. There are probably far stranger things awaiting our discovery.

Awesome!

There are ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES in this LIFE . . . let us NOT forget that our beloved planet-Earth is JUST . . . ONE out of the BILLIONs of stars that exists in the galaxy, milky way, snickers, 3 musketeers - or what have you !

It sure is cool but its not possible. There cant be two of you at the same time. Its like you're leaving a fragment of yourself behind every second? Pahleez!

people once claimed it wasn't possible that the world could be a sphere. It was once claimed that electricity wasn't possible and that those pursuing it were wasting their time.

Just prior to the first test of the first steam train, sceptics claimed that if you travelled faster than 40 miles an hour, you would be crushed by the inertial forces. It's worth noting that this was claimed at a time when the fastest a human had ever travelled was the 20-30 mph or so that a horse was capable of.

Nevertheless, people still flocked to be among the first passengers to test drive the steam train.

lol if this gets enough publicity, the conspiracy nuts will go mad. They will proberly find somthing small then say somthing like, the american government hoping between universes and taking money building an army or other bs. I dont see why not?

Time travel into the future is possible and has been proved, but it doesn't happen in the 'classic' sense...

Very simply, If you get into a spaceship and orbit the earth at a very high speed (near the speed of light), time will slow down for you, but not for everybody on earth watching you. For them, it stays the same.

This means that, for example, if you spend one year orbiting the earth at x thousand miles per hour, ten years will actually pass on earth

So when you land, you'll find yourself 10 years into the future instead of 1!

Cool innit? They proved this by loading an atomic clock onto a jet plane and flying as fast as they could for as long as they could. When they landed, they compared the on-board atomic clock with an identical, previously syncronised atomic clock on the ground. Sure enough, the clocks weren't in sync anymore and the tiny time difference between them was exactly as Einstein's theory predicted, even taking errors and engineering tolerances into account.
