> P1i stylus - handle with care

Well.. It probably happened after it unscrewed a bit, and all the force would rest on the screw, in the joint between the plastic and the metal, instead of on the entire stylus. Which you're not going to break, unless you crush the plastic, and it somehow doesn't bend instead.
Still.. I guess I can kind of imagine the grooves people are making in their screens when writing replies on the forum with hand- recognition.. "
S... U..C..K.. I..T.. F...A...N...B...O..Y..!...!..!..!..!"

Well, I got it real bad, my stylus got unscrewed and the black tip is now stuck in.
The advice of SE is to return it and get it sorted out. Shame, overall P1 is brilliant

The moral of this thread is not to screw the ends to tight, and if you have the persistent problem with the ends coming off add superglue then re-screw the ends in.
Agreed, they are not toughest of all stylus's but sony must make money somehow.

I read this thread and think 'how did this guys break their stylus?'. Well, I just did. The upper black part broke and the tiny thread tip was inside the metal tube, total PITA to take it out. Now, I need some 'crazy glue'.

Confirmed. I already broke 2, one in the 1st day. The problem is with the plastic. Both broke in the screw area on the top of the stylus and the plastic got stuck inside. Irrecoverable. And the problem is not me. I'm not that rude with the stylus...

@labutes
You can recover it pal. I did it yesterday. With the broke black part press the inside of the tube where the screw tip is stucked and twist it like you were unscrewing it normally. It will come out a little. Then use a sharp point (a needle or something), penetrate the stucked tip and keep unscrewing. Worked for me. Then, Crazy Glue.
