IMHO, there's not enough differences between the W960 and the W950 to warrant/justify the CraZy price (600+ Euros or near $1,000 USD) they are asking for it. I love my W950 and with them being so cheap to get right now I couldn't see spending all that money just to gain a silly camera (which still has very poor quality compared to even the cheapest of stand-alone digital cameras out there), 4 GB more memory, and Wi-Fi.
The UI is near identical with not much improvements (other than some new "frilly" non-functional changes made to the Walkman player that is). Thus, I say save yourself a whole bunch of money and just pick up a W950 along with a set of good quality stereo Bluetooth headphones. If you really need Wi-Fi, then just get a P1i as its price will probably drop even more once the W960 is released.
BTW, I can't for the life of me figure out why it has taken SE so long to release this silly thing. The OS/UI isn't any different than what's currently available on the W950, etc. and there's nothing really new on the W960 as far as technology goes when you compare it to their existing models. They should have been able to pump this thing out a long time ago. I'd bet good money that the delays in release are due to the crappy UIQ platform. Although you'd think that they'd of had most of the bugs worked out by now with the help of all the M600, W950, P990, and P1i beta testers they have out there.
Oy!
