@pfn1973: Yes, and this works great on Symbian/UIQ.

I'm not sure why it doesn't show up, but either the game/app doesn't alow the incoming call to show (pop on top), or the incoming call manager tries to use a shared resource (like audio/memory) that is blocked by the game/app, or both.

I think something, a memory leak somewhere from an installed app is crashing the phone stack and/or the phone server (invalid memory pointer overwriting some protected memory is my guess). Its not impossible that there could be a problem with the firmware installed on these handsets.

The alternative is a hardware fault, to all suffering with this problem I would master reset and see if you can reproduce the problem with no other apps installed. If this works you could then install your third party apps back one by one to see which causes the fault.

Your other alternative is a SE service center, as this is not an apparent issue with most devices.
