Most of my pictures were taken using auto mode. If it was about flash, I guess you handled the phone in the wrong manner. There is a leaflet in the phone package that specifically instructs on how to hold the camera, so as not to block the light sensor... Initially I also had dark flash pictures, because of my wrong way of holding the camera. After I went home, I opened the package and saw this leaflet, all my flash photos were, needless to say, just like the qualities posted on page 1 like Plankgatan's. Let me guess. You did not own a k850. If you had the chance to buy it, try it out, you will love it!!

I went onto the iso option and there was no tick or anything like that?

in iso setting, highlight iso you want, then press "check" the center soft key.
