Because it takes a while for it to become available for all CDA-regions. Hence the hint to my region being Generic World 1 (updated first).

you can change the CDA version using XS++ 2.2, i just did mine, now updating the FW via SEUS, however i kept getting an error, until i made a backup of the GDFS, then dissconnected the phone, opened XS++ again, and then changed the CDA version to WG-1, otherwise it gives an error: 23:37:55| GDFS-Script: Error (Couldn't open outputfile!)

just updated the firmware, so far ive only played with it a bit, ive noticed the following imporvements:
>menu navigation speed is significantly improved, also installation of themes is faster and other operations e.g. opening camera, etc is slightly faster
>camera interface is different, personally i prefered the previous one, this one is a bit too plain
>autofocus is much faster, and the green tinge has been removed, however i still noticed a very slight tinge, might just be me being paranoid
>music quality seems slightly better
>file manager also opens up/navigates much faster than before
