Report to eBay anyway. It's safe to assume he is selling yours too, if you've created lots of themes and they're any good.
See my posting above.
I reported him (her?) anyway because I suspect he's selling my themes. Without actually getting hold of one of his discs, it's impossible to know one way or the other.
I'm thinking of asking the folks who were stupid enough to buy them. Maybe one of them will help - you never know.

I've sent a message to a guy who bought a k750 pack of themes.
I was very diplomatic and asked him to search through the themes for authors' names, suggesting that he could do it by downloading and using 'Themes Creator' to reveal the authors' names.
Assuming he's not very savvy, I also suggested that he might prefer to send me the file so I can search through it.
Watch this space ...

Unsurprisingly, there has been no response from eBay apart from their automated email.
The Square Trade Seal folks have replied though. They stated that they will take the matter very seriously and have said they will be monitoring the situation. They also are concerned that he is duping people by charging money for stuff that is freely available.
I suspect he will just get a warning and nothing more will happen to him. The offending item will probably be quietly removed from eBay.

I have just received a reply from eBay. In a nutshell, they require proof positive that my intellectual property rights have been infringed. I have no such proof as I have not purchased (and will not purchase) the file.
Sadly, the guy who purchased the file on eBay has not responded to my message.
Looks like it's up to Esato Admin and Chadiwrx to bear the colours.

It would be very bad if Esato admin ignore this flagrant act of piracy.
Ok - the guy has only sold a few packs but that's not the point.
Themes that have taken many hours of skilled work to produce are freely shared by the authors with Esato and their members.
If Esato let this go, why should I bother uploading my themes there? I might as well put my themes on eBay.

Well esato admin cant do anything as they arent the original creators or something. However i belive they could make a difference.
Perhaps we will have to contact all the byers and offer them FREE themes to butter em up than ask for the themes they brought...
Although i wont be able to do this as i am too buisy.

I have received a reply from the eBay seller. He states that he bought the themes on a CD about a year ago with resale rights.
I am wondering who would be able to compile a collection of themes and sell them as a package with those resale rights ... ?
The plot thickens.

It seems we have no hope, we dont have enough proof to nab him.
However we can talk to chadiwrx and see if he gave a cd to anyone ?
