I Wait W910 for along time "since 14 June" and now I am very disappointed about the loudspeaker quality ........
but I can go with it and buy one IF the headset sound quality better than previous WALKMAN Phones.....

I understand your concern but i say ya'll never get your answer until you experience it. I mean ppl always tend to be subjective on some level. As i just switched to SE as a former Nokia user, I love the phone- the appearance, the crystal like display, the buttons, the interface, and of couse the music playback quality (with earphone), at least in comparison with Nokia. BUT this does not mean that it is above your bottomline. Sorry cant give you more professional points but it is not that complicated buying a fone, is it.

but actually the phone not available in my region yet ....... I asked these question about the headset so If i can make decision about buy it or the iPhone before it available and end my Whole confusion .....
I think I will wait and try the phone by myself

Im sure w910 will sound better to k850 coz it has walkman handsfree, but maybe equal to other walkman phone except w200, bought bluetooth stereo hbh ds970 and you will experience better and rich sound.
btw, i would like to know are this phone can record video in qvga?

W910 has poor Loudspeaker........
and it's record video QVGA 15 FPS and I think Mp4........not sure 100% about Mp4!

On the subject of sound quality (through headphones) I can add the following. The sound quality of the 910 is comparable to that of my NW-HD3 hard disk walkman with 256K MP3's on both.
Lets not forget in terms of "quality" by the time you have turned your CD's in to MP3s . . . . I never squeeze to less than 256K you are loosing significant quality. If you are compressing greater than 256K (say to 128K) the capabilities of the phone will not be the limiting factor but the compression of the MP3 itself.
If you only want to listen to music using the built in speaker on the phone then no matter what phone you buy the quality (in my opinion) is going to be very poor and in any event the point of a walkman is that it is used with headphones!
Can we now put this topic to bed as I think it is starting to get rather heated!
