I made a research about
exmor sensor and i found out that this type of sensor was used in Sony Alpha A700 DSLR. so here we can perceive that the sensor used in SO905iCS was basically not as bad as CMOS instead it's as good as CCD.

Why cant I have a phone like this and faster then HSDPA connection?
Although I say it is a bit too big for me carry around, one of thse could be my home phone and I could carry my K850i around, which is perfectly fine for its size.
I deffinately love the black one though.

yeah as xumdeo pointed out in the rumour thread.... its an improved cmos type, some what closer to quality of a CCD.
And he mentioned bout it being mentioned a while ago, which i do remember reading about some time ago too, so was only a matter of time before we saw it in a phone........
