Since I'm a BIG - MOVIE-fan . . . I can say that both James Bond and John McLane has two different personalities in the role they play or act at . . . Bond has CLASS portraying his roles . . . while McLane is more of a happy-go-lucky policeman
. . . Seagal, Van Damme, Schwarzenegger, Stallone, Li, Chan and that Transporter guy should also be INCLUDED in the LIST as they are great action-heroes too !
Though between the TWO, I'll go with John McLane as I want seein' rugged action stunts than that of a SUAVE one which normally bein' played by - Bond . . . James Bond !
Btw, Stallone and Schwarzenegger (inlclude Kimi Raikkonen/Ferrari Team) should attend some SPEECH THERAPY prior to acting . . .

Jojo has a great point there. Jet Li is absolutely amazing and so is Jason Stratham
They have brought out a new film called War which I fully recommend because its amazing and full of kick ass action.

Bond knows his way around the

@Jojo - Yeh its a great film. Think the car that he drives is a Lamborghini Spider is am not mistaken.
The film does have some relly good plot twists that you never see coming
