This is not like the usual Official announcements. They're going one step further on this occasion.

SE-Naz has had the fortune to get a VIP invite to the afterparty(it's posted elsewhere on Esato) in London later on!
So I'd expect the ~18:00 announcement, unless Naz posts to say it was cancelled/pranksters at SE HQ/all a bad dream(delete as appropriate)......
