I cant download your video... I am on mobile now... But do keep in mind that show piece model are not the BEST compared to retail ones..
Yesterday i took a video...in night... Indoor.. And i am really happy that video came out was really smooth..
Needless to say it should be more than 25 fps...
Please try to change the setting ... Mine works perfectly...
Try to switch on the stabilizes function...
Still 7.5 fps ... No way unless i am recording a jet lee fight

from what i see from each 10 K850 8 of them have the video fps bug.

Update! Well you're wrong on this video. It looks like 10fps or even 15fps via the flash encoding of the site. But on my local PC without Re-Encoding, VLC Media Player shows the following specs for the same video.

Language: Japanese (I have no clue why, English is the phone setup)

Display resolution: 320x210
