Sadly it's not just a theme - even worse, only a few themes will work with it. Most end up looking stupid/unreadable because the Vodafone menu isn't properly transparent, and just blocks everything out with the same dull, ugly grey.
Debranding is the only way. After the horrible Voda firmware, "proper" UIQ3 is a real revelation!
