I have always thought it a good idea for an SE
employee to spend a couple of hours a week helping out and answering questions on Esato - like a sort of workshop, but I guess they are too scared of saying too much. I mean its not as if they don't visit Esato regularly and we could sure learn a lot from them.

Esato is great, but I think an official
forum could be better. If you check out Playstation's official forum, you'll notice that people talk about all kinds of stuff - hacks, rumours and such.
forum could be the exact same.
