you'd be surprised, it's not to keep... one would say if i lost my handset i would look for an immediate replacement and if i'm able to afford for a high'end handset im sure i can get a cheapy till my next upgrade or i find something better.. or my insurer replaces my "High'end" handset.
is Esato only about SE?

So, basically you have to pay for a replacement phone? In Denmark, the law states that the shop must have a replacement phone during reparations and such
