Well I think you are all finding them guilty without any evidence at all other than the fact they seem emotionless. The same thing happened over here with lindy chamberlain when her kid disappeared. She was hung drawn and quartered by the public and the press because she didn't cry. She went to jail, then years later they found out she was actually innocent.
The only reason she seemed emotionless was because she was in shock and trying to hold it together without losing it completely.
I can't see how you can all be so sure they did it when you aren't personally involved. You don't know anything about them or how they would handle the situation. You don't even know how YOU yourselves would handle the situation.
I'm not saying they are innocent, but neither do I have any reason to believe they did it either.
I know what your saying here mate but its the extent they are taking it too. If in fact they are in shock to show the emotions then why even consider a movie? Or even a book? Being in shock those things wouldnt be on your mind.
I know people could say that this is a way yo publicise kidnapping but can anyone on here honeslty say that if there child went missing they would be thinking about other things rather that that child?

^^^^^^ There are big rumours in the medical profession that the McCanns drugged the kids so they would sleep and Maddie fell in a coma and they bumped her off.........
but back to original point.. there is a hug difference between a film and a documentary and I believe that they want a film but that's fine, if we all boycott it, it will flop and go straight to DVD...
thing is though fatreg film or documentary if there goig to proffit from it they want shooting with shit.

I agree, but we don't even know if they are really making a film or not. It's all rumours and we are finding them guilty on the basis of rumours alone. Imagine trying to find an unbiased jury even if they are brought to trial? It'd be impossible because of the media beat ups...

Now some Doubles agency is touting a Maddie lookalike for a film if it was ever to be released. For her 20% of course.

It is fair enough to say innocent until proven guilty but i have heard and i'm not sure if it is true, you know what the press are like. The blood found in the boot of their rental car, underneath where the spare wheel is kept has been proven to be hers apparently. It is all about evidence it context it's not what it is it's where it is found. For example if a drop of blood was found on the floor of the apartment or on a car seat it can be innocently explained i.e. she cut her finger but when it is found in the boot of a car, well i'll leave that one up to you to decide. I don't have kids of my own but i'd be distraught if they went missing, just look at Rhys Jones's parents, fair enough people deal with it in different ways but there is just something not quite right.

I just don't understand the need to make a documentary other than for financial reasons. All this raising awareness business doesn't wash anymore, I bet there are undiscovered tribes in a remote part of the Amazon that know what Maddie looks like by now.
So if the McCann's are considering a documentary, they really do need their heads testing.

Was just reading the paper and there is another part in it about this maddie film.
Apparently it will be getting made as a documentary but the McCann's want it to be shown as a movie and also they want it to have a limited cinema release.
Think this is shocking !! Looks like they are just trying to get moere money for themselves. If they cant have a daughter then they will settle for the cash !
