also here same problem (P1i) i used it before on wifi and it worked faster then wap,problem started 2 weeks ago,worked on/off,yesterday i updated my phone and the problem is still there,so i think it's sonys problem

I've sent an email to the SE support. Got a quick reply. Their answer was: The service is probably 'down'. We ask you to wait for a week and then try again.
But i said in my email that i only had this problem since the last firmware update. Strange answer i guess.
