T230, and the poor thing bore the brunt of my "fingering". Most of my posts here on Esato were made from that. I still have it but it has an issue with the earphone so I use it as a backup backup phone.(Backup backup was purely intentional) I for some wierd reason do not prefer to sell old handsets. Used to the hilt, I used every feature it sported. Even as my mail e-mail client. Sadly the thing did not have the option for any attachments.

Mine was an LG 5300. Wanted a T610 but couldn't afford one, and didn't want the T310 (too low end). Eventually ended up getting the T610 anyway as the LG had no connectivity options...

yep. T68 here too.

How fantastic was it back then to get bright colour (as it seemed at the time) on our mobile phones!

Oh yeah and it was so hip. 16 bit polyphonic ringtomes were the "In" thing then - Samsung had released some phones with polytones. I was so used to listening to monophonic tunes ala the 3310 kind that I could not visualise a phone which could sound like that. It was so fascinating back then. And look where we are now. I was planning to get a 3510i but it had lower resolution and memory.

First color screen phone to own was T68i as well. Compelling features by that time. It was really different technologically and designwise from all other phones.

And in fact, I do still have it working like charm.
One of the jewels in my phone collection

And...just to be different(as I was already a Sony man - on Z7 at the time), my first colour-screen was on: SamsungT100(great screen it was, too)......

That was 2003, I didn't know what had hit me, but colour, java and polytones/mmf had me hooked - T100 only lasted 10 or so weeks, then I had to take up an amazing offer I was given: V200 cameraphone......

Took another year before I got an SE(well, bought/sold a simfree T610 in that time, never used it once though), after V200 came E700(classic, lasted 2 weeks though! Also the phone with which I began managing two full-time numbers(#1 back in my Z5)), and bigger, Voda-exclusive, flagship brother, E710(I still miss it ) - which kept me alive until 12/04, when I picked up a simfree K700 from a local seller(only died this year!), and the rest is history......
