gregg that's a sim only tariff and on that tariff u can't change the o2 to o2 unlimted call option. U have to buy the 7.50 web option on as a bolt on. On that tariff as far as I am aware. Only on a 30 or 35 plus tariff I think u can change ur free bolt on option. And please can u stop going on about a 10 min download thing when it is only YOU that is experincing it.

Its not jus me! Lol so can sum1 explain why using 4 different phnes i get a 10minute cut off with them all. Is it a firmware thing? Does the phone have to be o2 branded

ive got no grudges against 02 it's just you lot think there some sort of saintsinner or something, learn to remember I was probaly with them alot longer then you'z lot Since prepay came on the scene "Cellnet" I was on them then
I left cos I fancied a change!
im happy with Vodafone for the time being,
there services are great..
and im not bothered bout some Voda logos on my handsets lol

Well there you go you do have experience,
infact I know alot 02 myself however I can't answer Greggys query,
Greggy have you phoned them yet?
I called Vodafone asking about 2 things earlier,
1, We will send you the settings for your problem
as I keep getting "Message unable to retrieve" with several MMS...
2. Im afraid you will have to take your handset again to a Service centre
as I thought lol...
I hate myphone,
it cursed!
I wish I took a Sim Only deal
