Can someone please help me, i downloaded the new desktop software for my p800 to work with win98, then i downloaded the updated drivers but i still cant get my phone to sync.

Hello All,
I have a big problem. I live in Bermuda, and there is no local service center for my P800. The closest place is at least 1000 miles away, and I can't trust that the phone will be in one piece when I get it back. Is there any place where the R2D update is available for download (or possibly could be e-mailed to me)? There are about 7 other people here that have the P800 that I know of, and no place to get the updates. Can anyone help with this? If so, thanks in advance, I can be contacted at

you should copy drivers from original cd (drivers for win me (i use them)), to the folder where you downloaded drivers from net. After that you manualy instaill drivers and it should wok.
I have win 98se.
