Are you all fine??
I hope you are.
An earthquake shouldn't seperate us.
You know we love you

Yep, felt it here in Staffordshire too - well, heard it more than felt it!
Was just dropping off to sleep when I heard everything moving and vibrating - first thought was it was the missus making a racket getting to bed, then remembered she was working a night... I did wonder if it was an earthquake, then dismissed it as being too far fetched. I heard the neighbours moving about and talking (we live in a mid-terraced house) and wondered if it was them making a bit of noise.
I'm glad I caught this 'quake, I usually either sleep through them or don't notice them!

Never felt a thing but everyone mentioned it in work today. Aren't they common in the UK anyway?

Earthquakes in this country are nothing compared to Japan America and even Italy or Greece. Yeah it was big for uk but how often do we get them not much thats why there is a odd nervous excitment in the air when it happens here. But the British people keep their humour about it all. Did you all know the most earthquake active zone in the UK is north Wales near Holyhead.
