Even in the past Airtel do the same thng .. We can access only their own site (homepage) or some others too .. But now its fullfledged ...
If u r asking me then three thngs come in my mind =>
1> if u r a advanced techo like a guy , then u can explore their servers to find the sites they have associated to ... But thats not a thng everyone can do .... !!
2> go n surf ur network provider site ... Almost every site has a search engine box like google ... Just put a common keyword there , n then it wil show only list of that sites , which ur network provider have allowed u to visit ...
3> if u can access ny of the PROXY site OR ny secure ssl sites (https) , then there is a full fledged internet in ur hand ... Try

https://proxify.com
https://2hide.net
https://m.mowser.com
if they r opening up then Voila u can access ny site ... !
(remember they use their own gateways to surf the web , it means no restriction )

I think all providers cannot corrupt secure socket layer proxies because of their suite.anyways,you've found one of the tricks I used to surf.. :u Any other people for whom these sites are not working?
