It's called 'Quicksilver' and we have the exclusive on it, muhahaha!
And yes, it's free on all tariffs now (from what I remember...) and yes, all Pay Monthly customers get a 2GB M2 card with it (MicroSD would have been cheaper, buy hey ho...)

Well I got my replacement and it feels acts totaly different to all my other K850i's
The keyboard is fine on this one so im asuming it was a one of.
The Phone still came with R1EA031 software
And ive run the J benchmark tests
JBenchmark 1 - 6827
JBenchmark 2 - 924
JBenchmark 3D HQ - 443
JBenchmark 3D LQ - 430
One thing i have noticed tho, There is now a 0.001 of a mili second where the sound is quieter then it gets to normal volume.
It does it on everything. It doesnt bother me but its just strange from all the others not doing it.
However I know feel like i have a phone that should have been produced in October 2007 when they were first released.
The build quality on the this phone is tops as well.
No creeks, moans or groans any where, Just hope it stays like this.
One thing very very strange tho, My Mp4s that are all out of sync on my other phone, They are about 1-2 seconds out of sync on this one and you can see the video trying to catch up to the sound, so i can oly assume that something is different on this phone to the others?

I'm due another upgrade in May. Wonder weather i should get another K850 or wait a bit longer and get a W980.
This message was posted from a W380i
the black k850i will be expensive to start with, the w890i price is dropping daily.
I think he actually meant the W980i (8GB Imbedded) Flip phone not the same as your slim W890i

Lucky bastards for the exclusitivity, but on tariffs (if that means a contract) here in Canada with the Blue Velvet on 3yrs (its $299 - $100 Rebate) ours ships with 512MB M2, but the 8GB M2 (Sandisk) is FREE!
8GB puts a HUGE strain on the newer file system in the A200 phones; especially the K850i. I still have 6.5GB free .... its SICK that I have 8GB memory in my phone! My computer doesn't even have 2GB of RAM.
@darrengf; lovely pictures mate, lovely! I MUST get another one.
Question; where did you get the J benchmark to perform on your phone, I'd like to try it on my branded version. THanks.

Here you go Prom1
http://www.jbenchmark.com/index.jsp
You can download the applications for free.
Let me know how you get on.
** I have a 4gb with mine and im begining to wonder if the phone cant stan the pressure from the cards?
Very strange in deed.
3 Years for a contract, Oh my god. I cant cope with 18 months. I get at least 2-3 phones in that.
I just buy a sim free one or go to my provider as they let you purchse an additional one at a cheaper price during the year. So i dont mind that

I love the stealth looks of the quicksilver version - very nice.
I have and 8GB SD card in mine. The phone lagged something terrible when the card was almost full. I reorganised my card and the media player now only has to deal with 6GB and there is a great difference - very fast. (I'm off down to London soon and need the photo space).
