Hi guys,

I've found a way to backup your phone book from your T300:)!

Just go on your T300 to Phone Book > Advanced > Send all. (You'll need a computer connection [cable/IrDa])

There will be a file transferred to your computer (it was on my desktop) named Whole Phonebook.vcf.
Do NOT try to import this backup file with Outlook or something! (believe me, I tried and it only imports the first contact)

If you want to restore the backup (for example after a Master Reset) just rightclick on the backup file (there must be a computer connection [cable/IrDa]) and send it to your T300 as if it was an image or a game or a ringtone.

NOTE: If you restore the backup while the contacts are still on the T300, duplicates will be added.

Enjoy

only the phonebook and the pictures attached to your contacts can be saved in one go
the ringtones you have to save one by one, and AFAIK it's not possible to save the settings (eg before a master reset)

how?
I think only the whole book can be saved, sync (where only the changed/new contacts are transferred) is not possible on this phone, it's not implemented in the firmware

T300 can send event to Pocket PC and Pocket PC can send task to T300 by using IR. I dun think this is new for you all but i never saw anyone say about this. But since i have PPC, event function at T300 will be less important.

The cable will only allow you to send from PC to phone.

For sending from phone to PC you will need Irda.
