How is it possible W890 and W760 to have better color balance than CyberShot phones like K800 and K850?
The saturated colors and the contrast are just amazing.

it's funny that all those pix which are actually looking like good quality ones are from that virgile's flickr account, the pix are all down scaled and from his flickr account you can actually see he has a nice collection of professional cameras, so he seems to have the knowledge to get the best out of any camera, if they are from the phone after all, I mean there is reason to doubt as surprise that guy is actually working for sony ericsson as written in his profile, so better just wait until the phone is out and there will be many reviews of the final unit all over the internet, to get a more objective view about camera capabilities.

maybe you right. its some easy photo tricks.....example dark (black) cars is really easy to get good, they nearlly allways becomes sharp. (oposite to example trees or wide landscape who is more difficult to get sharp)

but the picture who impresse me most is this picture. just look at the details (the skyline & the peoples down the street), it looks nearlly to good ?????

Really good quality IMO for a lens without auto-focus. Great colour saturation.

Is the same lens in the W890i?

well in my opinion the picture quality and the color saturation are amazing on this photos............It's hard to belive that they come from a walkman phone with a fixed focus.
