the sad thing is, he was like "my phone is better.. y do u need java/internet/color screen and all that bs, my phone calls just as well as urs, and it's cheaper"

yeah, well in montreal, ppl settle for less than mediocre...
it's sad really
ppl always criticise the new phones I get which r usually what's the talk on boards and say that their crappy 5190/3390 is better than my 7210 for example

I wish there was a way to save those poor souls

Actually he had a point! He doesn't need all these things! Or course, its stupid to compare that brick motorola (btw i know the sucky model!) or any motorola with t68! lol but otherwise, u throw money away and he keeps it and does something else with it!I like this phone and if it would be under 100$ i'd buy it! And believe me, i am not cheap when it comes to cell phones but i dont wanna pay extra 300$ for 256 colors and java! It's just not worth it!

The sad thing is, that guy is right in many ways because for us in Canada GSM sucks!! 1900mhz is garbage. So the phone we all love has the coolest toys but can't perform it's main simple function (keep a damn signal) but that's not my t68i's fault. but you have to admit it is depressing when so dudes crappy cdma phone outperforms yours.

well, I dunno
my 7210 outperformed everything there...
8 more days before I can test the P800.. (not currently in canada for the moment)

I hv a feeling it will hv really really really crappy reception.. it seems to perform more poorly where I currently am than my old T68 and my 7210

w/e.. in case I need reception I always switch to.. *shrug*.. the color brick...
and I keep it in case I need to go somewhere with a "small" phone...

ppl r still impressed by my T68i... so my 7210 turns heads like hell, especially with the polyphonic ringtone.. yeah, I buy phones for style...

actually i had that phone before:P were pretty nice could do the standard things +nice buttons +radio

only thing that really sucked with motorola(and other brands) is the stupid thing of placing yes/no on the wrong side:) took me a while getting used to when i changed to it AND when i changed to a new phone:)

it just feelt V E R Y wrong for a time:P

I'm sorry, but comparing that peanut (it loox like a peanut for god's sakes!!) to a work of art like the T68 shld be a crime with penalty of death or something..

bet u n e thing that idiot will actually say that it's better than the P800.. every phone I ever owned since I've known him, he used to go around parading his as if it was better than mine... 8890, 8390, 9210, T68 and 7210..

well, grek, I dunno.. waht phone do u currently hv?
