@fbart try mail.btinternet.com for outgoing server,it works with mine now for some reason :-l

I am using all the parameters you have suggested except Iam not sure what 1. should be. I have tried Vodafone GPRS data account but it does not work. One additional issue is that for user name I am only able to put in firstname.lastname and not the whole
firstname.lastname@btinternet.com because the T68i won't allow me enough letters. I come up one short but I can't imagine that this is causing the problem. When I use Vodafone GPRS it just timesout not being able to find server.

Aye, I have.
I done it by mistake when I tried to set up my e-mail on my t68i with orange. I was trying to recieve my orange mail, put in the wrong settings at the SE site and then I got my btopenworld mail.
All I done was go through the settings at the SE site and it was done. I use the 0845 BT option.
But I now can get my orange mail through BT through the t68i.
