Well... you DID tell him to ignore your PM's. I think that's just what he did...

And as always it's the sellers choice what to do, if he wants to wait and see if he can get a few more quids it's 100% his choice.

Can't really see how YOUR need of a phone should dictate the sellers responses, price or timeframe for this deal.
