i guess he is related to Jason Bourne.
Johnny X Alternative Reality Thriller Johnny X is about a young man with amnesia desperately piecing together his identity. The webisodic thriller comprises of nine episodes, created to demonstrate the rich, immersive and experiential elements of the Xperia(TM) X1.
The storyline follows Johnny X on his mission to rediscover his identity. As he finds out more about his lost life in a race against time, he updates his Xperia(TM) X1 with new content to piece together his personality and identity, reflecting how the phone can be personalized to suit users' individual lifestyle and needs. Will Johnny X find out who he really is before it's too late?
from X1's launch announcement.
The plot sounds like Christopher Nolan Directed 2000 Film named Memento.

It sounds pretty lame to me. Basing a story around a guy and his phone. So nerdy.
I can imagine some of the dialogue:
"Hey Johnny X you're gonna die! Wait a minute... What's that you've got there?"
"Oh this? This is my new Sony Ericsson Xperia X1(TM). It runs Windows Mobile 6.1 and has a full QWERTY keyboard, a 3.2 mega pixel touch focus camera, aGPS, and the new Xperia panels!"
"Whoa that's pretty cool. You're my new best friend. Where can I get one of these new Sony Ericsson Xperia X1(TM)s from?"
"Well, I'm glad you asked! The new Sony Ericsson Xperia X1(TM) is now available from all good mobile phone retail outlets and networks and it comes with all these accessories you see here!"
"Wow Johnny X, you're so great."

I told you what it would be! What did you expect really? It's just a clever advert.

I have to admit, camel got my attention with their clever eye catching designs on their cigarette boxes. Even if you don't like the Jhonny X concept it will be widely seen and talked about which is one half of the battle. Catch the consumers eye,and next thing you know, BLAMO! You just bought something that you hadn't thought twice of before! Clever marketing.

The whole movie advert has this Jason Bourne and Memento feel to it, add in wild street and car chases like Ronin and Transporter, and some touchy feely bits and you have an entertaining infomercial. Along the way you get to see what and how the Xperia X1 works, organise your life, extend your memory (getit?), and all the connectivity needed for spooky X-files type people trying to contact you (whether to help you or kill you is part of the spook).
At least this is a lot more entertaining, relatable and believable than that weird movie puzzle released by Nokia recently.

Hey guys
I'm one of the people who worked on these Johnny X films, so I just thought you might like to know that it's the series finale this Friday.
We're up to episode 7 now, so just episodes 8 and 9 to go...
