should come with a headset, usb, battery and thats about it. maybe, just maybe, cd/manuals too. protos sometime come with mem cards, not with this one though as pk has said.

those with SEtool can update this handset in a flash!
It is really easy to do, so any mobile phone shop should be able to do this for you, once you have done it once, it should work with SEUS.
