well, beibei files are available for ages...but no one could make an opera installer of them, so far, because UIQ 3.3 has new stuff that makes the methods used to build sis files on from UIQ 3.0 devices not work

hmm...pretty sad....then lets just hope that the rumours about the new P1 firmware with flash lite 3 and opera 9.5 are true..I hope we hear something at the smartphone show later this month...

its more realistic to wait for a standalone instaler of opera 9.5 than to get it on a firmware update...

but if you select it it leads you to the windows version...
strange..I hope we're closer to the release date

This is great news.
I hope 9.5 has better AJAX support, some lazy web-developers (eg reddit.com) have decided to heavily ajaxify their sites and they are unusable in Opera Mini or in Opera Mobile 8.
