Before I got my T68i I tried to send a picture message from my 6210 to a friends T68m (R1A or R1B sw or something). That didn't work. Can't remember if the phone displayed anything at all or just garbage or whatever.
My T68i (R5A) can receive perfectly Nokia picture messages from my girlfriends 3310, so I guess it depends on the software of the T68m/i.
I'm not able to send pictures to her 3310 by the way. I can saved pictures I receive, but can't insert them to a normal SMS to send to a Nokia.

I tried the insert picture method and inserted a regular b/w pic from my collection - it let me choose only one of those - and sent it to a 3310 and a 6510. The 3310 got just the text part, and the 6510 got garbage.
I get picture messages from the 6510, which i can't seem to extract and place in my collection. I click the Save button on one of these messages and I just get a "Sim Full" message. I dunno what to do.
I have just rechecked again. I sent a picture to N3315. It showed that it cannot display the message in the message area. I also sent a picture message from the N3315 to my T68. I received the picture and was able to save it in "My Pictures".

how do you send pics to a nokia 3310? did you just goto sms, insert item, then send?

the ONLY current SonyEricsson phones that can send on Nokia Picture Messages are the T3xx and the T61x.
The t68i can also recieve them but not forward them.
