AHA you guys are double clicking the app, extract read3150.exe to C:\\sefs for example, cmd, and follow steps as in tutorial, but swap main2raw.exe to read3150.exe

I just followed the steps
at first I tried the main2raw.exe but it didint work
so I changed the input to be read3150.exe but I got this error

In step for you write

4. In the command prompt type 'cdsefs'


but the correct stuff is

4. In the command prompt type 'cd\sefs'
