maybe you can make them by yourself using displayreader (shooting a pic of the branded menu)and cutting'em away with photoshop or similar programs

I've never tried editing icons before, but I'd like to replace the bluetooth and walkman play (the green triangle) icons that go at the top of the phone.

Could someone give me a general step by step? From looking around it sounds like I have to: edit an xml file, place png files into a directory. I'll be able to figure it out if someone points me inthe right place! Thanks!
