@ luhcass
I want a higher volume not just for loudness, but for better dynamics. Therefore I also like to have DRC off. And didn't you notice that older music is mostly recorded with a lower volume output and less dynamic range compression than modern music? Not that it sounds worse, and the equalizer helps a lot, but it just needs a higher volume output than modern music.
I wish I could let you all hear the difference between my G900 with soundModLight (or my old modded K800) and C702 with whatever soundmod. G900>loud AND clear at high volumes; C702>muffled sound and distortion at not so high volumes.
But I must say, luhcass, for C702 your mods are probably the best till now. Not much loudness, but not too much distortion either.

I really can't understand why that hunt for loudness... Quality aren't on volume!Remember, more volume more hiss***
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

it depends on what for music you're listening.... hardcore hard style, mega bass is just fine but if you're listen to bands or pop music than i can imaging that mega bass not the best option is for you're acoustic

When i finish my new camdriver i'll spend time to learn about wbxml and share a "know how" with all... I don't like loudness cause i use balanced armature microspeakers headphones(shure se110)... For hpm-64 work well,i agree. But our efforts are blind without a template =/... Just volume and drc, nothing more at the moment...
