At this time malamang nakapag hard reset na yung gumawa nitong thread, or baka nga iba na phone nya.
Anyway para sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam, the only way to hard reset on s40 is to flash/reflash firmware no more no less

Madaling gamitin tong nemesis service suite,user friendly xa so far compare to JAF. isearch mo lang sa google at pihadong lalabas agad yan. @all- ung nokia 6300 ay walang "restore all" sa "restore factory settings". original ang 6300 ko pero made in china(official nokia manufacturer sa china)
at ung mga 6300 na china/imitation/fake fones ay ung mga may dual sim features. I can say original phone ko dahil ung malaking box talaga lalagyan nya at may nokia cd pa at 12 m0nths/1year warranty.
