I think he has problem with his memory stick. Borrow 1 memory stick from your friend and take some pictures. If the problem stops happening, you just need to buy new memory stick. There are so many faked and illegal memory sticks nowsaday.

Yes, worst part is that I bought it off ebay and didnt check the first time, so I cannot complain now...
