No,
DB3210 = C905
DB3150 = K850i upwards (basically not C905 or DB2020)
DB2020 = K790, K800, K810, S500 etc
DB2012/10 = W800i, K750
I'll stop there, oh and no, read
3150 does not support DB

i have a SE k850i and software version is R1EA031
i tried to update it so many times by phone update service and by computer
but i get the same result (your phone is up to date ) and am sure its not
well my question is can i update it manually ?and how

Yes it does. Have tried to extract C905 Firmwares, and it works smoothly!

Yes it does. Have tried to extract C905 Firmwares, and it works smoothly!
