nope i rang them so many times and they didnt have any record, i've sent in my P58 form on the 18th and i phoned today and the customer services lady said they're working upto claims recieved by the 16th so mine will be soon! if i get the money i requested ill be happy
I sent an email, and 4 days later no reply, they said they would within 5 days lol? bad customer service in my opinion.
