I would recommend the Sennheiser CX300-IIs, brilliant audio quality, with very clear and deep bass but also loads of treble so you get a very good balance, been using them with my N81, great value for money IMO, far better than the Earplugs i had.

Just spotted these posted over on HotUKDeals, Sennheiser CX550's Not sure what they're meant to be like, but £17.99 nonetheless.

Interesting reading that very thread on HUKD, people reporting that Play.com have been sending out FAKE CX500s. Although as someone pointed out, I bet they were purchased from a Play Trade seller

Also a handy link posted there which directs to the eBay guide on how to spot fake Senny's clicky

i would recommend Sennheiser CX95. i bought a pair late last year, and they are very good and excellent value for money. i got them after extensive research into user and professional reviews.

I would recommend the Creative Aurvana Live! or Denon AH-D1001s (They are the same thing rebadged) as the best tradeoff between quality and price point. Skullcandy is absolute rubbish - they are marketed for emo kids who base their self worth (Or lack of?) on image, not to people who truly appreciate music. They have an honest sound (Not boom-tissy but very flat across the WIDE frequency response) that is almost studio monitor like.

If you can find one I recommend a Fiio E3 or E5 headphone amplifier to go between your source and your headphones. They are ridiculously cheap and really bring out the best in any high impedance headphones.

EBay UK should have them for around the 12-15 quid mark?

Gah! You definitely should've purchased a set online instead of those... high street is a total rip off tbh, sometimes you can find the same stuff online for half the price if you dig around.

Anyone wanna help me?
What I want is some of those over head ones (something like these) that are comfortable (as in being able to wear them for hours) and have a long cord (>2m at least or >3m preferably). I also need them to be avaliable in NZ and not to cost a fortune. Sound quality - Don't really care, just something with more bass than those ear buds that you get with psps. Any ideas?

thanks
