The probleme is not where you can download om4.2 or om4.1? Where you go you found it , like say someone here try to download original version from opera.mini.com , the problem is your phone are compatible to use this application ? And i think @felyn that , there is your problem try website of opera mini you find for example om4.2 or om4.1 but then choose the version which your phone capable to use it

The original server you're on is chosen based on your location for faster connection and you're put on another if that one's too full. Allowing manual server choosing would only mean one gets overloaded eventually, or the auto-switch would supersede the manually chosen server. What's the point of implementing a system that would either break a server or offer only the illusion of choice?
