is there a secret code for samsung e520 to make it accept the jar application? what is java menu? could it help?

friend there is no secret code to make ur phone accept jar files. but there is a procedure with which you can install java apps and games. the game or app u can install should be less than 300kb in size and not use much memmory. and not all apps can be installed. its some luck too!
you need these softwares.(do a search to get them)
1.softickppp
2.samsung java uploader
ok to install follow these steps
1. connect your phone to pc. usb settings in ur phone should be modem and not mass storage.
2. run softickppp. right click on the softick icon in system tray and click activate. in the dialogue box that appears click "cancel".
3.in your phone get the javamenu by typing *#javatest# (*#52828378#).
(a) then in the 'ota type settings' choose serial bearer ota.
(b) then in 'serial test' select 'ppp up'. in that select blutooth or usb accordingly as u have connected your phone to pc. keep in mind that to change that again you have to restart your phone.
4. now run the samsung java uploader in pc and select the jad file corresponding to the jar file you have to install. if you dont have the jad file, you can download the jad creator to make it.
5. now in the phone select 'serial download'. if your phone supports the app or game it should install. or it will restart or hang. if your phone hang, switch off it by long pressing call reject button. you may try the procedure again.
imp note: once you restart the phone again enter the javamenu and change the ota type settings back to gprs bearer ota. or else your phone may not be recognised by the pc and you cannot use gprs on phone.
you may try some file sharing sites for supporting midlets and above softares. try some like 4shared.com.
