users. This one, on the other hand, tackles topics related the use of free internet in the Philippines.
Re chat thread: Agreed! I remembered doing a reference thread before and it was gone behind the bars since it became a chat thread.
@kawaii tranced isn't a Filipino. He's a Dominican Republic citized (@tranced correct me if I am wrong).
