I installed SEUS, open omnuis, connect the phone as instructed and still no luck. just shows the instructions while im stood there holding C on my s312, then the phone terns on to mass storage after a long while of holding C. SEUS does not support S-range
phones so i dont think anything to do with s312 was actually installed when i installed seus. anyother idea's please?

and then im just sitting there clicking C on my s312 and then after awhile the phone terns on to mass storage and omnius just wont notice that i have plugged in my s312.
and this is my log of what happend.
1. I tern off my S312
2. remove the back cover
3. remove battery and sim then wait 5secs
4. i put the battery back in and battery cover
5. open omnius
6. select S312 from the dropdown list of models
7. tab saying unlock opens
8. i plug the usb cable into my macbook pro
9. i hold c then i plug the other end of the usb cable to my s312 about 2secs after holding c.
10. parallels desktop asks me if i want to plug it in to the virutal machine or mac os, i select virtual machine
11. im stood waiting.... holding C, windows xp says "semc usb" (or somthing like that)
12. s312 vibrates and a
logo comes up, and gives a drop down menu of phone mode, mass storage and pictbridge.
13. i abort omnius and remove my phone from my mac.
what should i do/install?

latest version is ok, i converted my c905 cid 53 to brown, and now i have many patches, elfs, etc. Congratulations to the makers...

im using a windows virtual machine, its like when you use windows xp on your mac and i tried my c510 and that worked but for some reason the s312 does not work!!!!!

Try on another PC with XP, Vista or Windows 7.

@phonecrzy it would be easier if u are using a Vista, as it download drivers automaticly, but with XP it a bit harder.
Try to press and hold 2 and 5 together, then connect it to a omnius.

i have copies of vista from old toshiba's that i used to have before i got my macbook pro, but if i use them on a virtual machine it will eat all of my ram and hard drive and will certainly make it slower. all i have is a mac i have no windows machines. i haven't tried holding 2 and 5 but ill try it in a moment.
2 & 5 does not work sadly
i'm still using xp and nither work. just in case im not being clear enough, i recorded my screen to show u what happened:
